Workplace Retaliation by Officer James Page?

We have received information that Officer James Page has appeared, in uniform and driving a Prairie Grove police vehicle, at the workplace of a person who posted a comment on this Facebook page supporting our efforts to seek justice. We were told that Officer Page threatened that individual with prosecution and a lawsuit based upon that person's Facebook comment, and did so in front of the person's coworkers.

Freedom of speech - especially when that speech is part of an effort to address official misconduct - goes to the core of our rights as Americans. Indeed, I find that information to be especially concerning, in light of the attempts that Officer Page has made to block free speech that I have observed and documented (see the Facebook and Intimidation pages for more details).

If Officer James Page has attempted to intimidate you regarding your valid exercise of free speech on this Facebook page or elsewhere, you can let me know by sending an email to pg@puryearlaw.com. My offer for pro bono (free) legal representation extends to this sort of improper action on the part of Officer Page as well.
